Money Laundering: Diezani spotted at London Police Station

Former Petroleum Resources Minister Mrs Diezeani Alison-Madueke  was spotted  at the Charing Cross Police Station in London as part of the investigation into the allegation of money laundering against her.

According to a report on Television Continental (TVC), Mrs Alison-Madueke was granted bail and given a June 21, 2016  date to return.

Last October, the former Minister was arrested by the UK National Crimes Agency, alongside four others. She was accused of fraud and money laundering in the United Kingdom and one of her bail conditions is she must not leave the country.

Diezani in an exclusive interview with Dele Momodu did not give details of her arrest but revealed that it had to do with transactions when she was Petroleum Resources Minister. She also confirmed media reports that she had been struck by cancer!
