According to him, there is the Sango Festival, the Igue Festival, the Ofala Festival, has the Ministry made any moved to collaborate and support these festivals?

“There is a Sango Festival in America, in Brazil, Portugal, I was at one, and asked them if they knew who Sango was, the said know.Is told them Sango was my forbear and they were shocked, the Ministry should visit these places and invite them to the original Sango Festival, that will definitely bring the foreign exchange.

Another Lawmaker asked Alhaji Lai to perish the thought of establishing Arts and Craft Centres as he has proposed but concentrate on revamping the National Museum, the National Theatre and other such facilities that have completely run down due to years of neglect.

The Minister was also urged to use the National Orientation agency to change the attitude of Nigerians especially in terms of driving culture and patriotism.
