Buhari Sacks Amnesty Programme Boss, replaces him with Dokubo

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo as the new Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme for former Niger Delta militants.
